Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also featured in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.

More images made public as part of the current oversight release.
